A cancellation fee is charged for consultations canceled or rearranged at less than 48h notice. ​I do not advise on medication and any changes in medication should always be made in consultation with your prescriber. Some dietary or lifestyle recommendations may require consultation with your nutritionist, GP or other health practitioner.​ Professional health coaches support clients in implementing expert recommendations as prescribed by their professional health care providers. Professional health coaches assist clients to use their own insight to gain new self-awareness and perspectives on their situation that enable personal change to occur.
