Meet Lorraine – Your Partner in Health & Wellbeing

Hello, I’m Lorraine, but you can call me Lolly. I’m a Registered Health Coach, the founder of The Well Health Space, and someone deeply committed to helping people restore their health—body, mind, and spirit.

With a BSc in Biology and Business Management and a Diploma in Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, my journey began in the pharmaceutical industry nearly 20 years ago. Over time, I realised that true healing goes beyond medication—it requires addressing the root causes of imbalance and supporting people in a way that nurtures their whole being.

A Holistic Approach to Health

My passion for healing was inspired by my Caribbean mother, an NHS nurse who always had a remedy, a proverb, and a firm belief in the power of the mind to influence recovery. She taught me that envisioning wellness is the first step to achieving it—a philosophy I now bring to my coaching.

What makes my approach unique is that it is underpinned by my pastoral work, which allows me to see the deep connection between emotional, spiritual, and physical health. I understand that life’s unexpected challenges—whether health struggles, grief, or major transitions—can profoundly impact wellbeing. By recognising these links, I help my clients not only transform their physical health but also build resilience, clarity, and balance in all aspects of life.

My Personal Journey

In 2020, I contracted COVID and developed post-COVID syndrome, which became one of the greatest challenges of my life. I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with chronic illness, uncertainty, and slow recovery. But through functional nutrition, naturopathic remedies, and mindset training, I gradually regained my energy, reconnected with loved ones, and even started traveling again.

This experience deepened my commitment to helping others reclaim their vitality, whether they’re dealing with long-term illness, metabolic conditions, or the emotional toll of life’s transitions.
